By my groomer.

By my dog’s groomer.

I GOT DUMPED BY MY DOG’S GROOMER 🤣

Without getting into too many details – I understand why it wasn’t working between us anymore. She had to send me a follow-up text (every single time Yogi got his hair did), reminding me to pay.

I get it.

She’s a groomer, not a debt collector.

There’s also a chance my dog wasn’t a good boi for her.

Who knows.

The fact of the matter is: My groomer broke up with me. 😪

But here’s the thing.

You know how we offer one night stands ($20 single sessions) or marriages (upfront payment for the year)?

That’s because we believe in having a great with relationship with fitness. Having one that work for you, not against you.

As a result, there is no world in which we would ever break up with you.

I mean – I know I’m talking about a dog salon here. It’s appropriate to enforce consequences for not paying on time… Or if your dog is being a dick. (I respect my groomer for setting her boundaries). Fortunately for me, there are heaps of options when it comes to dog groomers (PS: We’ve since found a new dog-dresser 🤣 and yes, we’re in love).

But while we don’t want there to be more copycats than there already are 😉 there still need to be more businesses like ours where YOU are in control of how you engage and pay for your services – and not be stuck in some stuffy contract, or forced to sign up to something.

Dancing with a group of other people that will welcome you with booty-shaking-open-arms, no matter who you are is something that every human deserves to have access to. But there are still many barriers when it comes to dancing as an adult; whether they’re external factors you can’t control, or years of dance-trauma that have been built up since that school disco 😱

From fun and accessible payment options, to mirror-free studios, to the training our instructors go through to deliver a judgement-free and joyous experience for every single individual… We’ve carefully considered lots of small details that make a huge difference.

We’re committed to making dancing a bigger part of EVERYONE’S lives; whether it’s by paying for one of our in-person sessions, or inspiring you to groove in your kitchen for free while one of our playlists is blaring.

And, we’ll never force you to stay with us. You, on the other hand, are always welcome to break up with US 💔 (unless you popped the question 😉 but that was your choice, lover).
